摘 要:目的:利用硫酸-苯酚法测定六种不同产地牡丹叶中总多糖的含量,比较不同产地牡丹叶中总多糖的含量差异。方法:采用无水乙醇回流提取牡丹叶中的总多糖成分,所得样品加入苯酚、浓硫酸后采用紫外分光光度法测定总多糖的含量,以葡萄糖为对照品,波长为490nm。结果:6个产地的牡丹叶中总多糖的含量分别为1458.43、1400.79、1946.91、1243.37、1745.27、1345.78 ug/g。结论:所建立的方法能准确快速地对样品中的总多糖进行测定,产地不同,牡丹叶中总多糖含量存在差异。Objective:The content of total polysaccharide in peony leaves from six different habitats was determined by sulfuric acid-phenol method,and the difference of total polysaccharide content in peony leaves from different habitats was compared.Methods:The total polysaccharide in peony leaves was extracted by anhydrous ethanol reflux,The content of total polysaccharide was determined by UV spectrophotometry after adding phenol and concentrated sulfuric acid,With glucose as reference,490 nm.wavelength.Results:The contents of total polysaccharides in peony leaves from 6 regions were 1458.43、1400.79、1946.91、1243.37、1745.27、1345.78 ug/g.Conclusion:The established method can accurately and quickly determine the total polysaccharide in the sample.
