摘　　要：中国艺术品市场发展迅速,艺术与金融的融合发展是必然趋势。2015年我国成为全球第二大艺术品交易市场,巨大的资本数字背后暗藏着中国艺术品金融化的市场潜力。基金、信托、质押贷款、份额化交易以及其他新型互联网金融交易方式都推动了艺术与金融的融合。这种融合发展的态势本质上是对艺术品增值空间的利用,因此只有充分把握艺术品的艺术价值和经济价值,对其进行合理开发与良性竞拍,才能实现二者的最佳融合。With the rapid development of Chinese art market,the integration of art and finance is an inevitable trend.In 2015,China became the second largest art trading market in the world.Behind the huge capital figures lies the market potential of Chinese art financialization.Funds,trusts,pledged loans,quota transactions and other new Internet financial transactions all have promoted the integration of art and finance.In essence,this trend of integrated development is the utilization of the value-added space of artworks.Therefore,only by fully grasping the artistic value and economic value of artworks and carrying out reasonable development and benign bidding,can the best integration of the two be realized.
