浅谈数字经济背景下文献信息服务平台建设——以吉林省科技文献信息服务平台为例

摘　　要：本文分析了吉林省科技文献信息服务平台建设的现状,借鉴数字经济相关白皮书,阐述了数字化在社会治理中的广泛应用,提出了加强信息整合,夯实情报信息基础;提升数据分析能力,做好科学决策支撑;创新平台服务模式,助力疫情时代科研的平台发展建议。This paper analyzes the construction status of Jilin Science and Technology Literature Information Service Platform,and expounds the application of digitization in social governance by drawing on the white paper of digital economy,and puts forward some suggestions for the platform development,such as strengthening information integration to enhance intelligence information foundation,improving data analysis capacity to support scientific decision,innovating platform service mode to assist the scientific research in the era of epidemic.
