摘　　要：旅游业的持续性发展与产业的转型升级是推动美丽中国建设最主要的途径,在发展旅游业期间,对于旅游知识产权的保护也是确保旅游业可健康持续性发展的重要方式。目前我国旅游业在发展中存在许多知识产权问题,很多问题的原因产生是相关政策对旅游知识产权的保护力缺乏。旅游业在发展时,部分人会缺乏对知识产权保护的重要性认知,缺少相关专业知识培训。政府等相关管理部门对知识产权保护制度的缺陷。本文通过研究旅游业转型升级的知识产权战略发展,来分析旅游产业的可持续性发展路径,建立知识产权保护管理制度,以此促进美丽中国建设发展。The sustainable development of tourism and industrial transformation and upgrading is the most important way to promote the construction of Beautiful China.During the development of tourism,the protection of tourism intellectual property is also an important way to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of tourism.At present,there are many intellectual property problems in the development of China's tourism industry,many of which are caused by the lack of protection of tourism intellectual property by relevant policies.When the tourism industry is developing,some people will lack awareness of the importance of intellectual property protection and lack relevant professional knowledge training.Defects of the protection system of intellectual property rights by the government and other relevant administrative departments.By studying the intellectual property strategy development of the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry,this paper analyzes the sustainable development path of the tourism industry and establishes the intellectual property protection and management system,so as to promote the construction and development of Beautiful China.
