摘　　要：在经济新常态下,特色小镇建设已成为济南市协调推进区域创新发展的战略选择,加快供给侧结构性改革和新型城镇化建设的重要举措,符合新旧动能转换工程的建设方向。本文通过分析济南市旅游特色小镇发展模式和政策选择,大力发展济南村镇特色产业,释放特色小镇的活力,带动社会经济的发展,融合济南市丰富的自然资源和人文资源,实现济南经济转型升级和乡村振兴。Under the new economic normal,the construction of characteristic towns has become the strategic choice for Jinan City to coordinate and promote regional innovation and development,and an important measure to accelerate the supply side structural reform and new urbanization construction,which is in line with the construction direction of the new and old kinetic energy conversion project.This paper analyzes the development mode and policy choice of Jinan tourism characteristic town,vigorously develop the characteristic industry of Jinan village and town,release the vitality of characteristic town,drive the development of social economy,integrate the rich natural resources and human resources of Jinan,and realize the economic transformation and upgrading and Rural Revitalization of Jinan.
