摘 要:为了解燃煤电厂烟气中挥发性有机物(VOCs)的分布及排放情况,在廊坊某电厂300 MW燃煤机组和50000 m^(3)/h烟气污染物控制中试平台上开展了烟气中CH 4、非甲烷总烃(NMHCs)和多种典型VOCs的全流程浓度监测。测试结果发现,在50%、100%负荷条件下,燃煤机组烟气NMHCs分别为3.5、10.8 mg/m^(3),烟气中NMHCs浓度随负荷的增加而上升;烟气中VOCs以苯、甲苯、苯甲醛等为主;经现有污染物治理设备处理后,燃煤机组烟气中80%以上的NMHCs被协同脱除,NMHCs排放量在0.5~1.1 mg/m^(3),12种VOCs排放量均在20μg/m^(3)以内,均远低于中国目前工业源废气VOCs排放限值要求。In order to understand the distribution and emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the flue gas from coal-fired power plants,this paper took 300 MW coal-fired unit and 50000 m^(3)/h flue gas pollutant control pilot platform in Langfang as research object to monitor the methane,non-methane total hydrocarbons(NMHCs)and several typical VOCs in flue gas.The results showed that the NMHCs in flue gas of coal-fired power unit were 3.5,10.8 mg/m^(3) respectively at 50%and 100%load.In addition,the NMHCs concentration in flue gas increased with the increase of load.In the flue gas,VOCs were mainly benzene,toluene,benzaldehyde.After the treatment of the existing pollutant control equipment,more than 80%of NMHCs in the flue gas were synergously removed;the emission of NMHCs was 0.5-1.1 mg/m^(3).Besides,the 12 types of detected VOCs emissions were all lower than 20μg/m^(3) which were far below the current VOCs emission limit requirements for industrial source exhaust gas in China.
