摘　　要：定量分析2008—2018年陕西省经济发展与生态环境状况,并探讨两者的耦合协调关系及耦合协调发展的主要影响因素,以期为陕西省经济环境协调可持续发展提供参考。分析表明:(1)陕西省经济发展指数与生态环境指数总体呈波动上升趋势,整体经济发展滞后于生态环境建设,且区域各城市间经济发展不平衡。(2)经济发展与生态环境的耦合协调状况总体呈逐渐改善的趋势,区域大部分城市属于良好协调发展类型,个别城市出现轻度失调现象。(3)区域耦合协调的空间联系较弱,其中西安是区域耦合协调的主要引力作用源,安康和榆林对外耦合协调空间联系最弱。(4)城镇化水平、产业结构、科教文卫基础建设、环境治理力度及工业“三废”污染物排放量是影响经济发展与生态环境耦合协调发展的主要因素。最后,为探索陕西省经济环境协调发展道路提供政策建议。In order to provide a reference for the coordinating and sustainable development of Shaanxi’s economy and environment,the economic development and ecological environment of Shaanxi from 2008 to 2018 was quantitatively analyzed,and the relationship and the main influencing factors of the coupling coordinating development between them were discussed.The conclusions were as follows:(1)the economic development index and ecological environment index in Shaanxi generally showed a fluctuating upward trend.The overall economic development lagged behind the ecological environment construction,and the economic development among the cities in the region was uneven.(2)The overall coupling coordination of economic development and ecological environment was gradually improving.Most cities in the region belonged to the type of well-coordinated development,and some cities had mild disorders.(3)The spatial relationship of regional coupling coordination was weak.Xi’an was the main source of gravity for regional coupling coordination.Ankang and Yulin’s external coupling coordination were the weakest.(4)The level of urbanization,industrial structure,science-education-culture-health infrastructure,environmental governance,and industrial“three wastes”pollutant emissions were the main factors affecting the coordinating development of economic development and ecological environment.Finally,policy suggestions for exploring the coordinating development path of Shaanxi’s economy and environment were put forward.
