摘　　要：带蒂岛状包皮瓣尿道成形术是近端型尿道下裂修复的主要手术方式之一,纵行带蒂岛状包皮瓣尿道成形术与更为常用的横行者相似而异。本文介绍纵行带蒂岛状包皮瓣尿道成形术修复近端型尿道下裂的单中心经验。关键技术要点在于掌握应用指征、阴茎头减容保证宽敞流出道、做好新尿道覆盖。Vertical preputial island prepuce urethroplasty is one of the mainstays in the repair of proximal hypospadias,which varies from the more popular horizontal one(Duckett technique).The authors will introduce a single-center experience of this tech nique,advocating the key points including indications,sufficient outflow on the glans caliber,and ample coverage on neourethra.
