摘 要:公共建筑的能源消耗在迅速增长,其节能潜力分析成为建筑节能研究的重点,针对寒冷地区政府机关办公建筑能耗现状进行节能潜力分析,可为其节能改造提供依据。文章基于建筑能耗传递机理,运用DeST软件建立寒冷地区某政府机关办公建筑的物理模型,模拟了负荷及能耗,分析了围护结构、空调及照明系统3个方面的节能潜力。结果表明:降低建筑外墙传热系数至节能规范要求后,建筑全年累计热负荷降低了17%,全年累计热负荷随外窗玻璃传热系数的降低而降低,并呈线性变化趋势;而全年累计冷负荷随外窗玻璃遮阳系数SC值的降低而降低;调整空调室内温度、使用新风热回收技术对建筑空调能耗影响非常显著;更换高效的节能灯具,照明系统能耗降低了55.59%,且空调能耗也有所减少。The energy consumption of the public buildings is increasing rapidly and the energy-saving potential analysis is the focus of the building energy saving research.Moreover,office buildings in cold areas have great energy-saving potential.Based on the energy transfer mechanism of the building,the physical model of office buildings of a government agency in cold area is established by using DeST software,The energy saving potential is analyzed from air conditioning system and lighting system and the load and energy consumption is simulated.The results show that after reducing the heat transfer coefficient of the external wall of the building to the requirements of the energy-saving codes,the cumulative heat load of the building is down by 17%throughout the year.The cumulative cooling load decreases with a linear trend as the shading coefficient of the outer window glass decreases,and the cumulative cold load of the building decreases with the reduction of the SC value of the shading coefficient of the exterior window glass.Adjusting the indoor temperature of the air conditioner,using the fresh air heat recovery technology,and enhancing behavioral energy saving have a significant impact on the energy consumption of the building air conditioner.The energy consumption of lighting system is reduced by 55.59%,and the energy consumption of air conditioning is also reduced.
