摘　　要：工业注射泵是一种新型泵力仪器,它将少量流体精确、微量、均匀、持续地输出。针对工业注射泵的精密控制要求,本文采用PLC作为控制器,以RS485总线形式进行数据交互,完成取液、进液等功能。本系统设计简单可靠,达到工业级应用要求,有很强的实用价值。Industrial injection pump is a new pumping force instrument,which can output a small amount of fluid accurately,evenly and continuously.According to the precise control requirements of industrial injection pump,this paper uses PLC as the controller,and uses RS485 bus for data exchange to complete the functions of liquid taking and liquid feeding.The design of this system is simple and reliable.It can meet the requirements of industrial application and has strong practical value.
