摘　　要：ISO 15189医学实验室质量管理体系是具有科学、系统、规范的管理体系,已得到各大医院检验科的认可。该文从检验人员的培养管理、存在问题及ISO 15189相关要求、增强质量管理观念、增强沟通能力、重视科学研究和学术学习培训等论述了ISO 15189质量管理体系的应用及效果。ISO 15189 medical laboratory quality management system is a scientific,systematic and standardized management system,which has been recognized by major hospitals.This article discusses the application and effects of the ISO 15189 quality management system from the training and management of inspectors,existing problems and related requirements of ISO 15189,enhancing quality management concepts,enhancing communication skills,and emphasizing scientific research and academic learning training.
