加强医院统计分析工作对医院管理的价值

摘　　要：该次研究采用分层随机抽签法,抽取100名医院医护人员(含统计、会计、信息管理工作)人员,分析2016年1月—2019年1月医院统计分析工作情况,分析其对医院管理的价值影响。显示解医院的管理工作存在局限性,其统计管理、员工职能有待提升。建议从人员管理、信息化建设等途径入手,完善医院动态化数据统计分析工作,实现医院现代化、综合化管理质量。This study used a stratified random lottery method to select 100 hospital medical staff(including statistics,accounting,information management)personnel,analyze the status of the hospital's statistical analysis work from January 2016 to January 2019,and analyze its value to hospital management influences.The investigation found that the hospital's management work had limitations,and its statistical management and staff functions needed to be improved.It is recommended to start with personnel management and informatization construction to improve the statistical analysis of the hospital's dynamic data and realize the modernization and comprehensive management quality of the hospital.
