加味四逆汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究加味四逆汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效,为临床实践提供理论依据。方法2019年1—12月以该院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者80例为对象,分别为参照组与研究组,每组40例,给予参照组西药治疗,研究组添加加味四逆汤治疗,对比治疗效果、症状积分、不良反应、N末端B型利钠肽原水平。结果研究组治疗有效率95.00%高于参照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05);研究组治疗后症状积分(5.12±1.35)分明显优于参照组(8.36±1.54)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.006,P<0.05);研究组N末端B型利钠肽原水平(432.96±76.56)pg/mL明显低于参照组(573.34±75.68)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=8.247,P<0.05);不良反应发生率2.50%低于参照组20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者采用加味四逆汤治疗,有效提高治疗有效率,改善临床症状,提高心功能,不良反应少,安全性高,治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the curative effect of Jiawei Sini Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure,and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods From January to December 2019,80 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the hospital were selected as the reference group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with Jiawei Sini Decoction for comparison.Compared effects,symptom scores,adverse reactions,and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide levels.Results The treatment effective rate of the study group was 95.00% higher than that of the reference group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05);the symptom score(5.12±1.35)points of the study group after treatment was significantly better than the reference group(8.36±1.54)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.006,P<0.05);the N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide level of the study group(432.96±76.56)pg/mL was significantly lower than the reference group(573.34±75.68)pg/mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.247,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate was 2.50% lower than the reference group 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with chronic heart failure with Jiawei Sini Decoction can effectively improve the effective rate of treatment,improve clinical symptoms,improve heart function,with few adverse reactions,high safety,and significant therapeutic effects.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
