分析疏肝和胃降逆汤加减辅治反流性食管炎的价值

摘　　要：目的研究疏肝和胃降逆汤加减辅治反流性食管炎的价值。方法2019年1月—2020年3月80例反流性食管炎患者自愿参与,分成对照组(n=40,常规西药治疗)、观察组(n=40,疏肝和胃降逆汤加减辅治),比较治疗结局。结果经治疗,观察组治疗总有效率97.5%比对照组77.5%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05)。观察组患者的中医证候积分(4.0±0.9)分比对照组低(8.6±1.3)分,差异有统计学意义(t=18.400,P<0.05)。观察组患者复发率2.5%低于对照组的12.5%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.622,P>0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率2.5%比对照组20.0%低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。结论为反流性食管炎应用疏肝和胃降逆汤加减辅治,可提高治疗有效率,改善患者的中医症候积分,还能降低患者的复发率和不良反应复发率,对患者的病情康复有积极影响。Objective To study the value of Shugan Hewei Jiangni Decoction in adjuvant treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods From January 2019 to March 2020,80 patients with reflux esophagitis participated voluntarily and were divided into:control group(n=40,conventional western medicine treatment),observation group(n=40,Shugan Hewei Jiangni decoction in adjuvant treatment),compared the treatment outcome.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5% higher than that of the control group 77.5%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score(4.0±0.9)points of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(8.6±1.3)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=18.400,P<0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was 2.5%lower than that in the control group 12.5%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.622,P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.5% lower than that in the control group 20.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shugan Hewei Jiangni Decoction for reflux esophagitis can improve the treatment efficiency,improve the patient's TCM syndrome score,and reduce the patient's recurrence rate and adverse reaction recurrence rate,and have positive effect on the patient's rehabilitation.
