摘  要:目的:改进火焰原子吸收光谱法测定丙戊酸钠缓释片中的钠,使钠的含量测定更加简便和准确。方法:样品经过湿法消解,在330.3nm波长下测定钠含量。结果:钠在0~100μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9997;该方法精密度高,重现性好,平均回收率为100.2%(n=9);RSD为0.7%。结论:改进后的方法准确、简便,能更好地控制丙戊酸钠缓释片中的钠含量。Objective Improve a method for determination of Na in Sodium Valproate Sustained-release Tablets by FAAS and makes the determination of Na more simple and accurate.Methods Samples were digested by nitrification.Determination of Na by FAAS at 330.3nm wavelength.Results The method displayed a good linearity for Na between 0 and 100μg/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.9997.The method had good precision and repeatable.The average recoveries(n=9)were 100.2%,RSD was 0.7%.Conslusion The improved method is accurate,sensitive and more suitable for the determination of Na in Sodium Valproate Sustained-release Tablets.
