基于微信群的延续护理在稳定期双相情感障碍患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信群的延续护理在稳定期双相情感障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月我院收治的稳定期双相情感障碍患者91例,随机分为两组。对照组45例予以常规护理,观察组46例在对照组基础上予以基于微信群的延续护理,比较两组的认知功能(WMS-Ⅳ、 WAIS-RC评分)、社会功能(SDSS评分)及功能失调性状况(DAS评分)。结果护理6个月后,两组的WMS-Ⅳ各项评分及WAIS-RC各项评分均高于护理前,且观察组显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。护理6个月后,两组的SDSS评分、 DAS评分均低于护理前,且观察组显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论基于微信群的延续护理可有效提高稳定期双相情感障碍患者的认知功能和社会功能,促进其功能失调性状况的改善。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat group in patients with stable bipolar affective disorder.Methods 91 patients with stable bipolar affective disorder admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.45 cases of control group received routine nursing,and 46 cases of observation group received continuous nursing based on WeChat group on the basis of the control group.The cognitive function(WMS-Ⅳand WAIS-RC scores),social function(SDSS score)and dysfunctional status(DAS score)were compared between two groups.Results After nursing for 6 months,the scores of WMS-Ⅳand the scores of WAIS-RC of both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing for 6 months,the SDSS score and DAS score of both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous nursing based on WeChat group can effectively improve the cognitive function and social function of patients with stable bipolar affective disorder,and can promote the improvement of dysfunctional status of patients.
