摘　　要：在建立旧楼加梯关系图谱的基础上,调研我国旧楼加梯中存在的问题,总结得出我国旧楼加梯工作仍处于一个“哑铃型困局”当中。在归纳旧楼加梯各要素的基础上,建立了旧楼加梯的研究方法与分析模型;利用分析模型对我国旧楼加梯进行深入研究,提出进一步促进旧楼加梯在技术、资金、群众工作、政策立法等方面的建议。On the basis of establishing the atlas of adding elevators to the old building,Investigation on the problems existing in adding elevators to the old building in China,It is concluded that the work of adding elevators in the old building is still in a dumbbell-shaped dilemma.On the basis of summing up the elements of adding elevators to the old building;The research method and analysis model of adding elevators to the old building are established;Using the analytical model,the paper makes a deep research on adding elevators to the old buildings in China,Some suggestions on technology,fund,Mass Work,policy legislation and so on are put forward.
