摘　　要：建筑策划是建设阶段前期确定设计依据和设计需求的有效手段。本文基于威廉·佩纳的建筑策划理论以及美国国家建筑科学研究院在《全过程建筑设计指南》中对于建筑策划步骤与方法的描述,结合前海珑湾国际人才公寓项目进行策划实践。在建筑策划的六个步骤中,灵活利用问题搜寻法、问卷调查法、信息矩阵法、空间构成法等多种手段,结合项目实际情况,总结分析建筑策划理论在实践中的应用。architectural programming is an effective method to identifying the goals and design requirements in the pre-design phase.the thesis is about the practice of architectural programming in qianhai longwan intentional talent apartment which is based on the william pena’s architectural programming theory and the description of the steps and methods of architectural programming in the national institute of building sciences in the“whole building design guide”.in the six steps of architectural programming,the thesis flexible use of multiple methods such as problem seeking,questionnaire method,matrix information,and space composition,combined with the actual situation of the project,summarize and analyze the application of architectural planning theory in practice.
