基于监视性的高校校园环境安全评价研究——以湖南大学南校区为例

摘　　要：高校校园是城市空间的重要组成部分,环境设计对犯罪预防和校园安全具有重要意义。以湖南大学南校区为例,基于ArcGIS技术平台,通过应用建立网络数据集、建立缓冲区、计算成本距离、求安全阈值等分析方法,从监视性视角出发,在环境光照亮度、环境人口流量、环境中的监视设备三个层面对高校校园环境中商业店铺、路灯、道路、摄像头、警务室的分布进行安全评价与分析,发现活跃的商业店铺对监视性有积极意义,监视安全隐患点集中在建筑周边与偏僻小路上,警务室具有以点带面的地理优势但仍待开发。在此基础上提出环境设施的设置建议,以期为高校校园环境安全的优化与改善提供参考。University campus is an important part of urban space.Environmental design is of great significance to crime prevention and campus security.Taking Hunan University’s South Campus as an example,Based on ArcGIS technology platform,we researched on safety evaluation and analysis of the surveillance.Through applying those analysis methods of establishment of network data collection,establishing the buffer,calculating the cost distance,we conduct safety evaluation and analysis on the distribution of commercial shops,street lamps,roads,cameras,and police rooms in three aspects:environmental lighting,environmental population flow,and monitoring equipment in the environment.Finally,we find that active commercial shops have positive significance on surveillance,and it’s dangerous around buildings and remote roads.The police room has the geographical advantage of point-to-face but remains to be developed.The research provides reference for the optimization and improvement of university campus environment security.
