摘　　要：通过对运输问题最优性检验的位势法分析,提出了"运输位势"的概念,对其经济意义进行了研究,并阐述了运输问题最优性检验位势法的实际意义。Putting forward the concept of transportation potential by analysis on the optimality test potential method of transportation problem, the study researches its economic significance. Expounds the practical significance of the method of testing the potential of optimality of transportation problems.
