摘　　要：根据资源的需求和供给关系,提出了拥塞控制新算法——试算平衡法,旨在按一定比例抑制资源的需求,以实现系统资源的供需平衡,进而达到拥塞控制的目的。According to the relationship between demand and supply of resources, a new congestion control algo-rithm, the trial balance method, is put forward in order to suppress the demand of resources according to a certain proportion. The method can realize the balance between supply and demand of system resources, and achieve the purpose of congestion control.
