摘 要:目前用于更换1 000 kV特高压输电线路"I"、"V"型绝缘子串的特高压八线提线器主要由钛合金材料制成,质量较大,给检修人员带来极大不便,降低工作效率.因此,本文采用碳纤维复合材料设计了一种轻型碳纤维八线提线器,并基于复合材料渐进损伤分析方法,对其进行了力学性能分析.结果显示碳纤维八线提线器在静态试验荷载360 kN作用下未发生破坏,满足设计要求.通过力学试验进一步验证了力学性能分析结果的正确性和结构设计的可行性,研制出的特高压碳纤维八线提线器轻量化效果明显,比钛合金八线提线器轻45%.At present,the"I"、"V"type insulator string is replaced by the eight split wire lifter in ultra high voltage(UHV)transmission line at the voltage level of 1000 kV and it is mainly made of titanium alloy material.It causes great inconvenience to the maintenance personnel and reduces the work efficiency due to their heavy weight.Therefore,carbon fiber composite materials is used in this paper to design a light-weight carbon fiber eight-wire lifter,and its mechanical properties is analyzed based on the method of the composite material progressive damage analysis.The results show that the carbon fiber eight-wire lifter cannot be broken under the static test load of 360 kN,which meets the design requirements.The mechanical test further verified the correctness of analysis results for the mechanical property and the feasibility of the structural design.The lightweight effect of the UHV carbon fiber eight-wire lifter is better,which is lighter of 45%than the titanium alloy eight-wire lifter.
