摘　　要：研究了当前环境监测人员面临的职业安全风险以及当前环境监测人员职业安全管理方面存在的问题,并提出一套较为可行的环境监测人员职业安全管理体系框架,包括完善环境监测人员职业安全管理制度文件的制定、完善环境监测人员职业安全管理技术文件的编制、构建和完善政府相关职能部门及社会环境监测机构环境监测人员职业安全内部管理机制、构建和完善环境监测人员职业安全管理的监督考核机制等4个重点内容,为环境监测人员职业安全管理体系的建立提供一个较为可行的研究方向。This paper studies the occupational safety risks faced by environmental monitoring personnel,and the problems existing in the current occupational safety management of environmental monitoring personnel,and puts forward a more feasible framework of occupational safety management system for environmental monitoring personnel,including four key contents,improving the formulation of occupational safety management system documents for environmental monitoring personnel,improving the formulation of technical documents for occupational safety management of environmental monitoring personnel,building and improving the internal management mechanism of occupational safety of environmental monitoring personnel in relevant government departments and social environmental monitoring institutions,and building and improving the supervision and assessment mechanism for occupational safety management of environmental monitoring personnel,which provides a feasible research direction for the establishment of occupational safety management system for environmental monitoring personnel.
