摘　　要：Scrum敏捷方法在当前的世界500强企业当中得到了非常广泛的应用。从本质上看Scrum并不是一种管理过程,它更像是一种框架层面的管理,通过框架可以完成技术层面的优化和完善,让开发实践的功能可以体现得更加突出。基于项目管理的角度出发,然后从软件项目的特殊要求出发,就可以对组织结构和管理方式进行综合考量,从而确定软件项目开发是否存在其他问题,同时确定Scrum敏捷方法的应用措施。Scrum agile method has been widely used in the current world top 500 enterprises.In essence,Scrum is not a management process,it is more like a framework level management,through the framework can complete the optimization and improvement of the technical level,so that the function of development practice can be more prominent.From the perspective of project management,and then from the special requirements of software projects,we can comprehensively consider the organizational structure and management methods,so as to determine whether there are other problems in software project development,and determine the application measures of Scrum agile method.
