丹参注射液治疗复发性流产早期临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹参注射液对复发性流产(肾虚血瘀型)早期治疗的疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2019年7月河南中医药大学第一附属医院妇科住院的复发性流产(肾虚血瘀型)孕6周内再妊娠患者138例,使用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组69例,对照组69例。对照组给予常规西医治疗、口服寿胎丸,治疗组在此基础上静脉滴注丹参注射液中医治疗。2组均从保胎之日起即进行治疗,至孕10周停药。比较2组患者疗效、绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)增长率、D-二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原及中医症状。结果治疗组总有效率94.2%,对照组总有效率89.8%,2组疗效差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的滋养细胞功能指标P、E2、β-HCG水平均高于治疗前,且治疗组明显高于对照组;D-D、纤维蛋白原水平则明显低于治疗前,且治疗组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组患者治疗后中医证候得分低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论应用丹参注射液和中西医综合治疗复发性流产,可改善复发性流产者的血栓前状态,改善患者中医症状,有效改善滋养细胞功能,提高疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza treatment on recurrent abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods From June 2016 to June 2019 in gynecology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,138 recurrent abortion were selected. The control group was cured with conventional western medicine treatment and oral Shoutai pill. On the base of control group,the treatment group added up salvia miltiorrhiza treatment. The difference of therapeutic effect,growth rate of progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),D-dimer(D-D),fibrinogen and TCM symptoms before and after treatment were observed. Results In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 94. 2%. In the control group,the total effective rate was 89. 8%. There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of HCG,P,E2 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,D-dimer(D-D) and fibrinogen in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the levels of D-D and fibrinogen were significantly lower than those before treatment. After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05).Conclusion Application of Salvia miltiorrhiza and western medicine can improve the pre-thrombotic state of recurrent abortion patients,improve the symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine,effectively improve the function of trophoblasts,and improve the therapeutic effect.
