捏脊疗法联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究捏脊疗法联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的治疗效果。方法选择近年接受治疗的120例小儿腹泻患儿,随机分为2组各60例。对照组予以蒙脱石散治疗,观察组联合中医捏脊疗法治疗,对比2组疗效、康复情况、中医证候积分变化。结果观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后的大便频率少于对照组(P <0.05),且其大便性状好转时间、止泻时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后的中医证候积分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对腹泻患儿予蒙脱石散治疗期间辅以捏脊疗法治疗,能进一步提高治疗效果,促进患儿病情康复,改善中医证候积分。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of chiropractic therapy combined with montmorillonite powder on children with diarrhea. Methods 120 children with diarrhea who received treatment in our hospital in recent years were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each. The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with chiropractic therapy. The curative effect,rehabilitation status,and TCM symptom score changes was compared between the two groups.Results The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). The frequency of bowel movements in the observation group after treatment was less than that in the control group(P < 0. 05),and the improvement time and antidiarrheal time of stool characteristics in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). The TCM symptom score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Adding chiropractic therapy to pediatric diarrhea during the treatment of montmorillonite powder can further improve the therapeutic effect,promote the recovery of the child’s condition,and improve the TCM symptom score.
