消疹汤联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗儿童荨麻疹效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨消疹汤联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗儿童荨麻疹的效果。方法回顾性分析90例荨麻疹患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同进行分组,对照组采用盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗,观察组盐酸西替利嗪滴剂联合消疹汤治疗,各45例。比较2组治疗前、治疗2周后症状积分[包括瘙痒、风团评分及荨麻疹活动评分(urticaria activity score 7,UAS7)]以及复发率。结果治疗2周后,2组瘙痒评分、风团评分及UAS7总分均下降,且观察组瘙痒评分(1.01±0.43)分、风团评分(0.96±0.28)分、UAS7总分(2.03±0.54)分,较对照组(1.69±0.48)分、(1.58±0.32)分、(3.37±0.60)分低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组随访期间复发率8.89%,低于对照组24.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消疹汤联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗荨麻疹效果显著,可改善患儿临床症状,降低复发风险。Objective To explore the effect of Xiaozhen decoction combined with cetirizine hydrochloride drops on pediatric urticaria.Methods The clinical data of 90 cases of children with urticariatreated were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with cetirizine hydrochloride drops,and the observation group was treated with Xiaozhen decoction combined with cetirizine hydrochloride drops,45 cases in each group.The symptom score[including itching,wheal score and urticaria activity score 7(UAS7)]and recurrence rate before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total score of itching score,wheal score and UAS7 of both groups were decreased,and the pruritus score(1.01±0.43),wind mass score(0.96±0.28)and UAS7 total score(2.03±0.54)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(1.69±0.48),(1.58±0.32),(3.37±0.60)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group 8.89%during the follow-up,was lower than that of the control group 24.44%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaozhen decoction combined with cetirizine hydrochloride drops is effective in urticaria treatment,which can improve the clinical symptoms of children and reduce the risk of recurrence.
