摘 要:目的了解肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿肺外并发心肌损害的情况,探讨红细胞分布宽度(RDW)对MPP并发心肌损害的诊断价值。方法选择2018年11月~2019年11月包头市第四医院儿科收治的110例MPP患儿,根据诊断标准将MPP患儿分为心肌损害组40例与非心肌损害组70例,选择同期健康体检儿童50例作为对照组。检测3组外周血RDW水平并分析差异。结果心肌损害组RDW水平分别高于非心肌损害组及对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);非心肌损害组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论RDW水平与MPP并发心肌损害相关,为MPP合并心肌损害的诊断提供了参考指标。Objective To investigate the myocardial damage in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP),and to explore the diagnostic value of red blood cell distribution width(RDW)in MPP.Methods A total of 110 children with MPP admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected.According to the diagnostic criteria,the children with MPP were divided into 40 cases of myocardial damage group,70 cases of non-myocardial damage group,and 50 healthy children were selected as control group.The peripheral blood RDW levels of the three groups were detected and the differences were analyzed.Results The RDW level of the myocardial damage group was higher than that of the non-myocardial damage group and the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05);The difference between the non-myocardial damage group and the control group had no significant(P>0.05).Conclusion RDW level is related to MPP complicated with myocardial damage,which provides a reference index for diagnosis of MPP combined with myocardial damage.
