摘　　要：设计了一种矿用刮板链条组装系统,该系统可以实现刮板链的自动组装,工作台采用重型链条式传动系统,具有自动化流水线作业能力,单平台多工位的设置能够大大提高工作效率,减轻工人劳动强度。A scraper chain assembly system for mine was designed, which can realize the automatic assembly of scraper chain. The worktable adopts heavy chain transmission system, which has the ability of automatic assembly line operation. The setting of single platform and multi station can greatly improve the work efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
