摘 要:通过对带式输送机驱动功率影响因素的分析,得出当输送机主参数、输送带选型及托辊选型不变的情况下,增加托辊间距可使带式输送机滚筒轴功率下降。案例分析显示,当输送机的张力满足传动条件时,圆周驱动力和最大张力随托辊间距的增加而减小;当输送机的张力满足垂度条件时,随着托辊间距的增大,圆周驱动力在减小,但最大张力却在增加。Through the analysis of influent factors of belt conveyor driving power, it is obtained that when the main parameters of belt conveyor, belt and the type selection of the idlers aren’t changed,adding idler spacing can reduce the power of the roller shaft of the belt conveyor. The case analysis shows that when belt conveyor tension meet driving condition, the tension needed to drive belt conveyor and the max tension will decrease as idler spacing increase;when belt conveyor tension meet the sag condition, with the increase of idler spacing, the driving force decreases, but the maximum tension increases.
