摘  要:为解决桅杆结构在钻机工作时的可靠性问题,以DZF350型反循环工程钻机伸缩桅杆结构为研究对象,利用SolidWorks软件进行三维建模,并导入ANSYS Workbench中建立有限元模型。根据模态理论,对该伸缩桅杆结构进行钻进和提钻2种工况下的模态分析,得出其前6阶固有频率和振型图,确定其最大应力和振幅位置。结果表明,该桅杆结构能够避免与外部激励发生共振,其结构设计合理,可为进一步优化提供依据。In order to solve the reliability problem of mast structure during drilling, taking DZF350 type reverse circulation engineering drilling rig telescopic mast structure as the research object, used SolidWorks software to carry out 3D modeling, and introduced into ANSYS Workbench to establish the finite element model. According to modal theory, drilling and rise of the telescopic mast structure modal analysis under two kinds of working conditions were carried out, the first six order natural frequency and vibration model diagram were obtained, the maximum stress and its amplitude position were determined. The results show that the mast structure can avoid resonance with the external motivation,its structure design is reasonable, which can provide the basis for further optimization.
