摘 要:针对振动筛结构可靠性和运行稳定性,以ZK0916型直线振动筛为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench对振动筛的动力学特性进行分析。通过模态分析得到了振动筛的固有频率和振型,通过谐响应分析得到了振动筛在工作频率下的位移和应力分布。分析结果表明,该振动筛在正常工作过程中运行平稳,没有横向摆动,筛体的应力分布均匀,能够承受较大的动载荷,具有很高的结构强度和刚度,为直线振动筛的设计提供了参考。Aiming at the structural reliability and operation stability of the vibrating screen, taking ZK0916 linear vibrating screen as the research object, analyzed the dynamic characteristics of the vibrating screen by using ANSYS Workbench. Through the modal analysis, the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the vibrating screen were obtained. Through the harmonic response analysis, the displacement and stress distributions of the vibrating screen under the working frequency were achieved. The analysis results show that the vibrating screen runs smoothly without lateral swing during nermal working, the stress distribution of the screen body is uniform, it can bear large dynamic load, and has high structural strength and stiffness. This research provided a reference for the design of linear vibrating screen.
