摘 要:通过分析1 m及以下采高薄煤层下限开采中采煤工艺、三机配套技术参数等对工作面三机的要求,提出了目前开采这种特殊煤层依然存在的诸多技术难题,并就这种煤层工况下采煤机的关键技术和方案进行了详细讨论,最后提出了一种可行的适合这种煤层的特殊采煤机。可为以后这种薄煤层下限的开采及相应采煤机的设计提供借鉴。Through analyzing the requirements of coal mining technology and technical parameters of support, AFC and shearer match to support, AFC and shearer in the process of mining the thin coal seam which is less than one meter, many technical problems for mining this special thin coal seam were put forward. The key technology and scheme of the shearer using in this kind of thin coal seam were discussed thoroughly. Finally put forward a feasible and suitable special shearer for mining this kind of the thin coal seams. It lays a foundation for the mining of the minimum part of thin coal seam and the design of the corresponding shearers in the future.
