摘 要:针对目前煤矿使用锂电池供电耗电快、并且只能人工充电及对整体机构的安全性考虑,设计了矿井提升机刚性罐道滚轮充发电装置。通过分析其用电量需求和环境要求,设计了带直动偏置凸轮机构的滚轮摩擦接触发电装置,包括滚轮摩擦接触装置、缓冲和压紧装置等部件,最后建立了整体装置的动力学模型,并分析了其整体的性能,为实现矿井在线充发电提供一种思路,保障了矿井提升机的安全运行。In view of the present coal mine to use lithium battery quickly, and can only artificial recharge and the overall organization security considerations, designed the mine hoist rigid tank track roller power charging generating device. Based on the analysis of the electricity demand and environmental requirements, designed the roller friction contact power generation device with moving offset cam mechanism, including roller friction contact device, buffer and compression device and other components. Finally established the dynamic model of the whole device, and analyzed the overall performance. Provides an idea for mine online charging and generating power, and guarantees the safe operation of the mine hoist.
