摘 要:使用SolidWorks软件建立采煤机滑靴的三维模型,通过SolidWorks Simulation对采煤机滑靴进行多工况拓扑优化和有限元静力学分析,并将拓扑优化前后的有限元静力学分析结果进行对比。结果表明:优化后的滑靴最大应力略微增加,整体质量降低约30%,在保证滑靴结构强度的同时,有效降低了结构的质量。The three-dimensional model of shearer slipper was established by SolidWorks software.Topology optimization and finite element static analysis of shearer slipper under multi working conditions were carried out by SolidWorks Simulation, and the results of finite element static analysis before and after topology optimization were compared. The results show that the maximum stress of the slipper increases slightly, and the overall mass decreases by about 30% after optimization, which means that the mass of the structure is effectively reduced while ensuring the structural strength.
