摘  要:以ZY9000/22/55D型大采高综采液压支架作为研究分析对象,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元数值分析软件对该液压支架在不同工况条件下主要构件受力情况进行模拟分析,得到液压支架受力状态下应力分布和位移变化云图,根据其应力变化规律,对受力较小的液压支架掩护梁进行尺寸和拓扑优化,使液压支架的整体结构应力重新分布。通过对优化后液压支架在不同工况下受力情况进行分析,验证优化后的液压支架各构件受力更加均衡合理,支架整体强度和承载能力得到明显改善,证明该优化改进方法合理有效,提高了支架整体支护的安全性。Taking ZY9000/22/55D large mining height fully mechanized hydraulic support as the research and analysis object, the stress of the main components of the hydraulic support under different working conditions were simulated and analyzed by the ANSYS Workbench finite element numerical analysis software and obtained the stress distribution and displacement change nephogram of the hydraulic support under the stress state. According to the stress change law, the size and topology optimization of the shield beam of the support with small force was carried out to redistribute the overall structural stress of the hydraulic support. Through the analysis of the stress situation of the optimized hydraulic support under different working conditions, it was verified that the stress of each component of the optimized hydraulic support was more balanced and reasonable, the overall strength and bearing capacity of the support were significantly improved, which proves that the optimization improvement method is reasonable and effective, and improves the safety of the overall support of the support.
