摘 要:为了解决旧式重锤+限位锁型风门机械闭锁装置重锤行程不足问题,通过分析闭锁系统中风门开启与重锤行程的关系,得出了保证风门最灵敏可靠闭锁的关系函数。根据重锤+限位锁闭锁装置的工作原理,对旧式闭锁装置进行了优化改进,扩大了该类型闭锁装置的适用范围,并在王家塔煤矿成功应用。In order to solve the problem of insufficient stroke of the heavy hammer in the air door mechanical locking device of the old-fashioned heavy hammer and limit lock, through analyzing the relationship between the opening of the damper and the stroke of the heavy hammer in the locking system, the relation function which ensures the most sensitive and reliable locking of the air door was obtained. According to the working principle of heavy hammer and limit lock locking device, the old locking device was optimized and improved, the scope of application of this type of locking device was expanded, and it was successfully applied in Wangjiata coal mine.
