疫情防控下金融支持民营小微企业的实践与思考——以甘肃省武威市为例

摘　　要：面对新冠肺炎疫情,人民银行积极完善政策措施、创新政策工具,适时引导金融机构扩大信贷合理投放、调整优化信贷结构,缓解民营小微企业融资难、融资贵、融资慢困境,全力以赴强化疫情防控、复工复产和稳企业保就业金融服务,着力推动地方经济持续回升向好。笔者通过实地走访、参与融资对接、组织调研座谈和工作实践等方式,对武威市民营小微企业融资问题进行深入调研,结合工作实际提出措施建议。In the face of the COVID-19 outbreak and economic downward pressure,the sub-branch of PBoC in Wuwei city ac-tively improve policies and measures,innovate policy tools,promptly guide financial institutions to extend credit,adjust and improve the credit structure,alleviate the financing difficulties,expensive financing and slow financing of private small and micro enterprises.It go all out to strengthen prevention and control of the epidemic,resume work and production,stabilize enterprises and ensure em-ployment in financial services,so as to promote sustained recovery of local economies.The author conducted in-depth research on the financing problems of private small and.micro enterprises in Wuwei by means of field visits,participating in financing docking,orga-nizing research discussions and working practices,verified and analyzed the financing bottleneck problems of private small and micro enterprises,and put forward suggestions for improvement measures.
