摘 要:为了预测进而抑制光电系统伺服驱动器运行过程中产生的电磁干扰,需要研究其高频等效模型的建立及干扰特性分析方法。基于电子线路器件的非理想特性和耦合路径寄生特性,建立了伺服驱动电路行为级仿真模型,结合ANSYS软件平台进行多域协同仿真预测传导干扰发射,通过该模型量化论证高频驱动及RC吸收回路对干扰特性的影响。在测试平台下验证150 kHz~10 MHz频段范围内仿真与实测频谱曲线趋势基本吻合,说明该模型可作为预测评估伺服驱动器电磁兼容性的一种可行方案。In order to establish the equivalent model of the electro-optical servo system,it is necessary to analyze the electromagnetic interference of the system. Based on the non ideal characteristics of electronic circuit devices and the parasitic characteristics of coupling paths,the behavior level simulation model of servo drive circuit is established.Combined with ANSYS software platform,multi domain collaborative simulation is carried out to predict conducted interference emission. Through the model,the influence of high frequency drive and RC absorption circuit on interference characteristics are quantitatively demonstrated. In the test platform,it is verified that the trend of the frequency spectrum curve between 150 k Hz and 10 MHz is basically consistent with the measured spectrum curve,which indicates that the model can be used as a feasible scheme to predict and evaluate the electromagnetic compatibility of servo drivers.
