身痛逐瘀汤配合温针法治疗腰椎管狭窄症临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨身痛逐瘀汤合温针法治疗腰椎管狭窄症(Lumbar spinal stenosis,LSS)临床优势及疗效。方法根据国家中医药管理局颁布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》,将符合条件的144例腰椎管狭窄症患者分为对照组和治疗组各72例。对照组采用温针法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上内服身痛逐瘀汤。20 d为一个疗程,连续2个疗程。观察2组治疗前后临床症状体征积分、疼痛积分、影像学等指标变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论身痛逐瘀汤合温针法治疗腰椎管狭窄症疗效显著,施法简单、安全可靠、疗效确切,大大减少了患者的治疗时间和费用,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the advantages and evaluate the efficacy of Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with warm acupuncture for lumbar spinal stenosis.Method According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Standards issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,144 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were chosen.There were 72 patients in both the control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with warm acupuncture.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined.20 days is a course of treatment,and the effect is observed after 2 consecutive courses.Both groups were treated for 40 days.The changes of clinical symptoms and signs,pain scores,imaging and other indicators before and after treatment were observed.Results The treatment group compared with the control group:1.“Total efficiency results chi-square”test,significantly higher than the control group=0.004(P<0.05).Conclusion Shentong Zhuyu decoction combined with warm acupuncture for lumbar spinal stenosis is effective,simple,safe,reliable and effective.It greatly reduces the treatment time and cost of patients.It is worth promoting.
