摘　　要：脓毒症是危重患者常见的死亡原因,脓毒症胃肠功能障碍发病率及病死率居高不下,是影响患者预后的独立危险因素。中医药在治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍方面积累了大量临床研究资料,取得了一定的成果。文章对中医药治疗脓毒症胃肠功能障碍研究进行了梳理和总结,以期为脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的治疗提供新思路。Sepsis is a common cause of death in critical patients.The incidence and mortality of gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis remains high,which is an independent risk factor affecting the poor prognosis of sepsis patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated a large amount of clinical research data for the treatment of sepsis gastrointestinal dysfunction,and achieved certain results.We sort out and summarize the research on the treatment of sepsis gastrointestinal dysfunction with traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of sepsis gastrointestinal dysfunction.
