摘 要:通过机制砂胶砂需水量比试验,研究了机制砂岩性、细度模数、石粉含量、MB值等材料特性对机制砂胶砂需水性能的影响。结果表明:机制砂的需水量比与母岩岩性密切有关;机制砂需水量比随机制砂细度模数的增加而线性减小,随机制砂MB值增大而线性增加,随石粉含量的增加而呈线性或指数增加,其中吸附性高的含泥石粉对机制砂需水量比的影响作用显著大于纯石粉。Through measuring relative water demand for manufactured sand(MS) mortar, the effects of material characteristics of MS on water demand performance were investigated, such as rock lithology, fineness modulus, rock fines content and MB value. The results showed that the water demand ratio of the MS was closely related to the rock lithology. The water demand ratio decreased linearly with the increase of the fineness modulus of the MS, and increased linearly with the raise of the methylene blue(MB) value of the MS, and increased linearly or exponentially with the increase of the rock fines content. The highly absorbent rock fines mixed with the silts and clays had a significantly greater effect on the water demand ratio of the MS than the pure rock fines.
