摘　　要：基于BIM技术进行《工程施工组织与管理》课程教学改革,采用理论学习与软件操作相结合,提高教学效果及实践能力。Based on BIM Technology, the teaching reform of engineering construction organization and management is carried out. The combination of theoretical learning and software operation is adopted to improve the teaching effect and practical ability.
