摘　　要：目的探讨青年乳腺癌患者家庭韧性与社会支持及心理社会适应的关系。方法采用便利抽样法,选取河南省某三级甲等医院的263例青年乳腺癌患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版家庭坚韧性量表、社会支持评定量表、疾病心理社会适应问卷进行调查,采用Pearson相关分析探究家庭韧性、社会支持与心理社会适应的相关关系,构建中介效应模型,并用Bootstrap方法检验社会支持在家庭韧性与心理社会适应间的中介作用。结果青年乳腺癌患者的家庭韧性总分为(60.27±12.49)分,社会支持总分为(42.65±7.36)分,心理社会适应总分为(50.31±12.26)分。中介效应模型显示,家庭韧性不仅可直接负向预测心理社会适应(标准化效应值为-0.256,占总效应的43.389%),还可通过社会支持间接负向预测心理社会适应(标准化效应值为-0.334,占总效应的56.611%)。结论社会支持在青年乳腺癌患者家庭韧性与心理社会适应间起部分中介作用,护理人员应关注青年乳腺癌患者的家庭韧性及社会支持,通过帮助患者增强家庭韧性,获取更多的社会支持,进而提高心理社会适应水平。Objective To study the correlation between family resilience,social support and psychosocial adjustment for young breast cancer patients.Method Choose 263 young breast cancer patients in a first class hospital in Henan Province by convenient sampling.Investigate them by general information questionnaire,Family Hardiness Index,Social Support Rating Scale and Self-report Psycho-social to Illness Scale.Analyze the correlation between family resilience,social support and psychosocial adjustment by Pearson analysis.Construct mediating effect model and test the mediation effect of social support between family resilience and social adaptation by Bootstrap method.Result The total score on family resilience is(60.27±12.49).The total score on social support is(42.65±7.36).The total score on psychosocial adjustment is(50.31±12.26).Mediating effect model shows that family resilience not only has negatively predictive function on psychosocial adjustment directly(value on standardized effect is-0.256,takes 43.389%of total effect)but also has negatively predictive function through social support on psychosocial adjustment indirectly(value on standardized effect is-0.334,takes 56.611%of total effect).Conclusion Social support has a partly mediating effect between family resilience and psychosocial adjustment for young breast cancer patients.Nursing staff should pay attention to these patients’family resilience and social support,help them improve their family resilience and get more social support to improve their psychosocial adjustment.
