维持性血液透析患者社会回归现状及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查维持性血液透析患者社会回归的现状并分析其影响因素。方法通过便利抽样法,选取548例维持性血液透析治疗患者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、社会回归等级方法、主观综合营养评估、Barthel指数进行调查,采用单因素分析、二元Logistic回归分析探究维持性血液透析患者社会回归的影响因素。结果维持性血液透析患者社会回归程度1级22例(4.0%)、2级57例(10.4%)、3级76例(13.9%)、4级393例(71.7%)。二元Logistic回归结果显示,文化程度、原发病、日常生活活动能力、营养状况对维持性血液透析患者社会回归的预测作用具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论文化程度、原发病、日常生活活动能力、营养状况是维持性血液透析患者社会回归的影响因素。Objective To investigate the present situation of returning to society for maintenance hemodialysis patients and analyze its influencing factors.Method Choose 548 maintenance hemodialysis patients by convenient sampling and investigate them by general information questionnaire,grading method of returning to society,Subjective Global Nutritional Assessment and Barthel Index.Study the influencing factors of returning to society for maintenance hemodialysis patients by single factor analysis and binary Logistic regression analysis.Result There are 22 cases(4.0%)of grade 1,57 cases(10.4%)of grade 2,76 cases(13.9%)of grade 3 and 393 cases(71.7%)of grade 4 on level of returning to society for maintenance hemodialysis patients.Binary Logistic regression analysis shows that education level,primary disease,activity of daily living and nutritional status have statistically significant predictive effect on returning to society for maintenance hemodialysis patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Education level,primary disease,activity of daily living and nutritional status are influencing factors of returning to society for maintenance hemodialysis patients.
