摘 要:[目的/意义]美国国家侦察办公室是美国航天侦察力量的重要支柱,因其长期处于保密状态,导致学术界相关研究成果较少,通过对其深入研究,可对我国航天侦察力量建设提出有针对性的启示。[方法/过程]采用文献分析法和归纳法,梳理其历史发展脉络,归纳分析其建设发展的主要特点与挑战。[结果/结论]在我国航天侦察力量建设规划中,决策层应推进航天侦察力量的一体化建设,相关机构部门应聚焦关键技术的突破创新,院校应建立完善的人才培养体系,三者合力推动我国航天侦察力量蓬勃发展。[Purpose/Significance]National Reconnaissance Office is a significant pillar of the American space reconnaissance force.Because of its long-term confidentiality,the academic community has less relevant research achievements.Through in-depth research on it,we can provide targeted inspirations for the construction of China’s space reconnaissance force.[Method/Process]This article adopts literature analysis and inductive method to sort out its historical development,summarize and analyze main characteristics and challenges of its construction and development.[Result/Conclusion]In the planning of China’s space reconnaissance force construction,the decision makers are supposed to promote the integrated construction of space reconnaissance force,the relevant institutions and departments should focus on breakthroughs and innovations of key technologies,and the colleges and universities should establish a perfect personnel training system,all of which attribute to the vigorous development of China’s space reconnaissance force.
