摘  要:选用迅凯专用雷尼镍RaneCAT-1000催化剂,进行1-硝基蒽醌加氢制备1-氨基蒽醌的工艺研究,研究了催化剂用量、反应压力、反应温度等工艺条件对加氢的影响,得到优化工艺条件:50 g 1-硝基蒽醌,200 g N,N-二甲基酰胺,催化剂添加量为硝基物的3%,反应温度70℃,反应压力2 MPa,反应时间1 h,转速1000 r·min^(-1)。优化条件下,1-硝基蒽醌的转化率接近100%,1-氨基蒽醌的选择性大于97.5%。The preparation of 1-aminoanthraquinone from hydrogenation of 1-nitroanthraquinone using to prepare by adding hydrogen using Rane CAT-1000 as catalystwas studied.The influence of the process conditions including the dosage of catalyst,reaction pressure and reaction temperature etc.on the addition of hydrogen was explored and the related optimized process conditions were obtained.A typical preparation process was as following:Namely,50 g of 1-nitroanthraquinone,200 g of DMF(Dimethyl Formamide),the addition amount of catalyst is 3%of the nitro-group compounds,the reaction temperature is 70℃,the reaction pressure is 2 MPa,the reaction time is 1 hand the speed is 1000 r·min^(-1).Under this condition,the conversion rate of 1-nitroanthraquinone is close to 100%,and the selectivity of aminoanthraquinone is greater than 97.5%.
