摘　　要：小儿反复呼吸道感染是儿科临床常见病及多发病,严重影响儿童的生长发育和身心健康。孙丽平教授从小儿体质特点出发,指出气虚质是反复呼吸道感染患儿的常见体质,其本质为元气虚弱,气的功能长期低下导致脏腑气血阴阳失衡,故疾病反复发作。孙教授以五行学说为指导,提出气虚质小儿反复呼吸道感染当从肺脾论治,祛邪以治标,扶正以固本。同时注重"治未病"思想在临床中的应用,通过调节患儿体质,从根本上降低了小儿反复呼吸道感染的发生率。附案例1则,以资验证。Children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)is a commonly and frequently encountered disease,which severely affects children’s growth development and body and mind health.Starting from the constitutional characteristics of the children,professor SUN Liping points out that qi deficiency constitution is a commonly encountered constitution of children with RRTI,the nature thereof is weakness of primordial qi,long-term hypofunction of qi causes imbalance between zang and fu organs,between qi and blood,between yin and yang,thereby recurrent attacking of the disease.Guided by the theory of five elements,professor SUN proposed that children of qi deficiency constitution with RRTI should be treated based on syndrome differentiation from the lung and spleen,expelling pathogenic factors to treat the symptoms,and strengthening healthy qi to consolidate constitution.Meanwhile,he pays attention to the application of"preventive treatment of disease"thinking in clinic,by regulating the constitution of the children patients,the result of which can reduce the incidence of children with RRTI fundamentally.One case is attached for verification.
