摘　　要：整理近5年来中医药治疗小儿乳蛾的文献,从病因病机、中医内治法、中医特色外治法等方面作一综述,以期为临床上治疗小儿乳蛾提供更多的思路方法及理论依据。同时指出目前临床治疗中存在的问题,如缺乏小儿乳蛾中医诊疗的规范化、标准化,缺乏中药君臣佐使的精准辨用,临床研究的样本量较小等。Aiming at providing more ideas,methods and theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of children with tonsillitis,this paper summarizes from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,by collating the literature on the treatment of children with tonsillitis with traditional Chinese medicine in recent 5 years.Meanwhile,it points out the problems existing in the current clinical treatment,namely the lack of normalization and standardization of TCM diagnosis and treatment of children with tonsillitis,the lack of accurate identification and application of Chinese medicinals of monarch,minister,assistant and guide,and the small sample size of clinical research etc.
