论治脾法在小儿新型冠状病毒肺炎中的应用

摘　　要：基于"脾乃后天之本"理论及小儿"脾常不足"的生理特点,且新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19,简称"新冠肺炎")患儿具有"易于感邪,易于康复""肺先受邪,肺脾同病"的病理特点,认为治脾法在小儿新冠肺炎的临床防治中起着关键作用,补气益肺(培土生金)、补中固本、健脾祛湿、健脾生肌是治脾法的具体体现,临床灵活运用治脾法,补脾固本贯穿在小儿新冠肺炎的整个防治过程中,意在使之"四季脾旺则不受邪"。Based on the theory of"spleen is postnatal base of life"and the physiological characteristics of children with"frequent insufficiency of spleen",moreover,children with corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)having the pathological characteristics of"proneness to contract pathogenic factors,proneness to recover""lung is firstly attacked by pathogenic factor,diseases involving both lung and spleen",this paper holds that treating spleen method plays a key role in the clinical prevention and treatment of children with COVID-19,invigorating qi and strengthening lung(banking up earth to generate metal),strengthening middle energizer and consolidating vital base,invigorating spleen to expel dampness and invigorating spleen to promote granulation are the concrete embodiment of treating spleen method.Flexibly applying treating spleen method in clinic,invigorating spleen and consolidating vital base spans the whole course of prevention and treatment of children with COVID-19,aiming at"spleen exuberance at all seasons without being attacked by pathogenic factors".
